Automatic exercise zone feature to calculate individual ideal limits
Zone indicator shows whether you are exercising within the ideal range: Health Zone where fat is burned; Fitness Zone where fitness levels are optimized or Power Zone where performance levels are increased.
The 3 zone audible alarm indicates which zone you are currently exercising in: Health Zone (HZ) indicates you are training between 55 - 70% of your maximum heart rate; Fitness Zone (FZ) indicates when you are training between 70 - 80% of your maximum heart rate; Power Zone (PZ) indicates when you are training between 80 - 100 % of your maximum heart rate.
